Managers all complete Insights Discovery Profiles which are used to support, coach and develop their management style, as well as attending regular leadership and development training, they are assigned a mentor, a coach which is usually the HR Manager and feedback is captured via 360.
The company make sure they encourage regular breaks throughout the day, they have a garden area, pool, darts, ping pong, a massage chair and plenty of break out areas around the office where people can get away from their desk.
The company have work in progress meetings with all Heads of Department each Monday morning, enabling information to be shared and understood.
