All first time managers receive an email from the global team congratulating them and guiding them to the resources that are available for first time managers, focusing on the foundation manager skills needed in the first 6 months. All employee's and their families are offered Bupa private medical and a dental plan from the start of their employment. There is also an employee assistance program, where employees can reach out to a councillor 24/7 for help and advice. The company have trained 22 employee's to be wellbeing first aiders and encourage employee's to reach out to the wellbeing first aiders if they are dealing with work place stress.


In September 2018, they hosted a two-day group conference in Stuttgart where nearly 1,000 employees got together to run sessions, talks and workshops. The two evenings were filled with social events that celebrated the cultures of all the Zuhlke Group countries.

A newsletter updates everyone and includes health and safety updates, new starters and leavers, business success and charity events. Teambuilding takes the shape of paintballing and an escape-room event for graduates and the HR team who recently joined the company.
