In-house content is on areas including the challenges of a billing manager, building high performance teams and feedback. Managers have weekly reviews with the managing director and monthly one-to-ones.

At regular UK team meetings and global calls during the pandemic the leadership team has answered questions posed by employees live on Teams and Zoom. Staff also voted on issues from working activity to wellbeing. The UK managing director personally spoke to all employees throughout the lockdowns.

The pandemic has not paused learning and development at Prime People, which delivered online training for all employees throughout – including for those on furlough. Changes to immigration rules post-Brexit were also covered via training sessions on Zoom.
