Size isn't everything at Prime People, a recruitment consultancy which prefers being bijou and aiming to be the best. Staff here are leaders in recruiting for the global property and real estate market and work from two UK offices in London and Manchester.

The London head office occupies a central spot just off Oxford Street, where facilities have had a thorough revamp recently to include soundproof booths, break out areas, sit/stand desks, new meeting rooms and modern kitchen area.

Further afield the company has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Johannesburg and Frankfurt. Nurturing lasting relationships with clients is a key objective for Prime People, and the company sets out to offer a working environment in which a diverse and inclusive team can flourish.

There is no hanging around when it comes to progressing careers at Prime, which offers training and development activities for both new starters and for experienced hires. A competitive range of corporate perks and benefits is designed to attract talent and reflect how much staff are valued, from market leading commission schemes to medical insurances, generous holiday allowance and opportunities to get involved in charity work.

Keeping morale high during the pandemic has encompassed virtual quiz nights and drinks evenings along with regular email updates about market conditions and business news. A WhatsApp global ‘good news' chat group has been a forum for staff to share everything from funny stories in local offices to new babies and engagements.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
