THINGS GOT HAIRY at this digital marketing agency when staff came up with a wacky way to raise money during Movember — by creating portraits with comedy moustaches in return for donations. The campaign, using the talents of guest artists as well as the agency's own designers, not only raised £5,000 for men's health charities but did a lot to engage employees, the firm says. It's projects such as this that contribute to a considerable buzz at Twentysix, scoring 85% positive in our survey. The 79 staff find work stimulating (84%). The company mission is to "bring brands to life online" from its offices in London, Leeds and New York. Clients include Sony PlayStation, Procter & Gamble and Wella. The business has grown from 12 people in 2005 and colleagues really care about each other (91%) and go out of the way to help (86%). They motivate their teams through reward and recognition of achievement and by creating a positive and productive working environment. One example of this is through their employee benefit programme. A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text
