About Policy Expert

Policy Expert, which launched in 2011, is the next generation of insurance provider, offering affordable home, car and travel insurance to households across the UK.

The 200 staff at Policy Expert have genuine passion for making sure people get the cover that's right for them, which has resulted in an enviable collection of awards.

The firm insures almost 400,000 homes across the UK and has consistently come up with ground-breaking business initiatives. They use big data, APIs, algorithms and artificial intelligence to get inside the mind of customers and generate accurate, realistic pricing.

The company also holds a coveted Crystal Mark from the Plain English Campaign, meaning it uses the customer’s language, not the language of the industry. They are also the first insurer in the UK to offer a two-year fixed rate on premiums to safeguard policy holders against year-on-year premium rises.

Employee of the Month awards, summer family parties, an evening at the Crystal Maze and holiday prizes keep staff happy.
