About Paymentsense

Paymentsense provide card payment solutions to small businesses, they do this through a variety of face-to-face and virtual products.

10 years ago their founders had a conversation in Vegas around how the payments industry needed to be revolutionised. Upon returning to London they set up Paymentsense. Since then, they have focused on two main areas in order to scale the way they have - technology and customer service.

Their motto is 'make passion pay' and that's exactly what their brave, defiant, supportive and honest employees do for their members. They are fast paced, exciting, innovative and passionate about changing the payments industry for good.

Paymentsense, believe in treating everyone fairly, paying them well, giving them excellent benefits, and saying thank you in a way that's personal for the employee.

The COO runs various reward initiative games which are truly unique. In the past, they have created a Deal or No Deal and Crystal Maze game, complete with all the materials to incentivise their teams. These games create a real buzz around the office. Top performers from various teams are rewarded by being able to take part in these games.
