The industry that Tommies Childcare are in requires them to be able to deliver their service in person for it to be effective. This has meant that in line with Government guidelines staff have been phased back into work over a period of 3 months since their initial re-opening in June 2020. This phased approach has enabled those returning to get to grips with any changes that they may need to be aware of and settle themselves back into their roles.

In addition to this for all employees they held quizzes and gameshows every two weeks virtually. These were well received, and feedback was very positive, with many staff sharing ideas of topics that could be covered in the future.
