Peel Land & Property Group (Peel L&P) are an ambitious regeneration business with generations of history, heritage and expertise. First established in 1971, Peel L&P are now responsible for some of the most transformational development projects in the UK today.

Owning and managing 12 million sq ft of property and 20,000 acres of land and water, Peel L&P’s holdings are concentrated in the north west of England, but the firm also own and manage assets throughout the UK, with a total portfolio value of £2.6 million.

Through their core values of impact, partnership, sustainable, innovation and pride, Peel L&P considers the best possible use and impact for that specific environment, which provides business continuity and environmental opportunity. All staff are invited to attend a free, 30-minute health assessment with a professional from Nuffield Health. When results determined that 46% of employees were dehydrated, the number of water fountains in the office was increased.
