Since their launch East Anglian Air Ambulance have provided a vital emergency service and pre-hospital emergency care across the region of East Anglia, delivered through two helicopters and rapid response vehicles.
From six sites across the region, the charity touches the lives of many thousands of people, carrying out essential lifesaving missions. The East Anglian Air Ambulance was the first air ambulance in the country to attend helicopter emergency medical incidents in the hours of darkness to unlit sites.
With passion, community, innovation, accountability and quality at the heart of everything they do, the charity are committed to delivering outstanding quality care to people across the region.
The charity is headed by Chief Executive Patrick Peal, who holds the organisation close to his heart and had a hand in its founding. He regularly speaks at community groups and communicates with staff about any issues they may wish to talk about.
