About Cooper Parry

Cooper Parry are one of the fastest growing firms of accountants in the UK. They work with privately owned businesses across the Midlands to help them grow, become more tax efficient, get up to speed with their IT and much more.

The organisation started out over 150 years ago in Derby and to this day, their traditions and values still remain as strong as ever.

Cooper Parry ask for employees to work towards their core principles each and every day. The five core principles in question are: Be brave; In it together; Be nice; Keep learning; and Play all in.

The firm use a system called EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to shape their principles and ambitious goals. Everyone at Cooper Parry uses the EOS method and so their goals and vision are clear to all.

Cooper Parry have a peer to peer reward and recognition scheme called 'Cheers for Peers', where team members can pop into the dedicated 'thank you booth, take a polaroid and pin it on the wall. On top of this, Cooper Parry also have a summer festival and a Christmas party to reward employees for their continued efforts.

 When a referred candidate gets an interview, the person who referred them gets a scratch card which gives them a micro-reward such as a free lunch, coffee or charity donation. If the referred candidate gets the job and starts, Cooper Parry pay the employee £500 the month the referral starts.
