Founded over 15 years ago, Triple Point has grown from a team of just a handful of employees to now one of over 100 dedicated and talented investment managers.
The growth that Triple Point has seen can largely be attributed to the continued efforts of their team members. To ensure the continued engagement of all employees, Triple Point hold creative workshops for the whole company and firm-wide conferences, most recently to Palma de Majorca, with a purpose to keep everyone up to date with business performance and strategies for the next year.
Triple Point understand the benefit of providing a more agile working environment and is moving towards introducing the required technology to support this, however the firm also appreciates the importance of collaborative working. In order to enhance this collaborative working, Triple Point have a fully open plan working space, including the managing partners as well as Friday firm-wide office drinks, monthly pizza lunches and clubs, including a netball, football and book club.
