K3 Capital Group are a business-sales and brokerage business headquartered in Bolton with operations throughout the UK. The business listed on AIM in April 2017.

K3 help clients with the presentation of their businesses for sale to market, finding potential acquirers, and project managing transactions to completion through three trading subsidiaries: KBS Corporate, KBS Corporate Finance and Knightsbridge.

They have received a number of awards, including UK Corporate Finance Advisory of the Year from ACQ Global, and the Best UK Mid-Market Corporate Finance Firm by Corporate Insider.
