RedRock Consulting help organisations embrace new ways of working using digital, mobile and emerging technologies, helping to transform businesses to ensure they are fit for the next decade.
RedRock Consulting started in 2005 by six directors who all had a background in IT and focused purely on IT across the UK. It has since grown over the years and now has more than 50 dedicated and talented employees.
RedRock know that a large proportion of the success that they have seen over the years can largely be attributed to the determination and hard work from every single one of their employees. Thank you's are a regular occurrence as is finishing early every Friday for beer and pizza that is delivered to the office for that week's hard work.
Their people are also provided with annual trips away for hitting targets, with trips to Dublin and Verbier most recently.
RedRock encourage a good work/ life balance. It's important for them to ensure that employment is a two-way relationship. They know that if they look after the wellbeing of their employees, they will be effective and engaged. All employees have very open and honest relationships with their managers who use their discretion to reduce stress where they can.
