Red and Blue Restaurants offer four different, independently named restaurants in Liverpool city centre, all serving fresh food with a fab selection of drinks.
Salt House was the first restaurant, opening in 2010, specialising in Spanish small plates, following the success that Salt House saw, a second restaurant was opened the following year - Hanover Street Social - which has a more of a modern brasserie style menu. Two further restaurants have opened since, in 2014 and 2018, showing that the chain truly is thriving in the city of Liverpool.
Due to the proximity of their sites, their is a real sense of family within the group, their sites really help each other out if needed and are very social together as one, with the owners of the company and head office visible and hands on always happy to help.
Red and Blue Restaurants love to see team members progress through the business and have an in-house development programme where they appraise their staff every 6 months. Employees who express an interest in progressing are set achievable targets for them to reach.
