When TIPi Group's flagship agency, ROAST, began in 2015, it was just five people huddled around a desk in Fitzrovia, with no clients, no permanent office and no business certainty.
Four years on and TIPi Group has grown to boast over 60 employees servicing a roster of over 40 clients through a network of four specialist digital agencies: ROAST - digital performance; Kitty - web design & development; The Market - scalable digital marketing; Rabbit & Pork - voice experience.
The group is committed to develop employees over profit as they continue to grow, retaining a family-feel and proving that even in a landscape dominated by global networks, passion always beats scale.
The founders always knew they wanted to build a culture where people at TIPi Group were heard and felt incredibly valued. So, they wanted to make sure that every benefit and company perk makes a real difference to the staff.
Right from the start, they focussed on being an agency with a family culture where people felt supported and enthusiastic. From day one, they launched houses, much like Hogwarts, with the names Gravy, Horseradish, Mash, Stuffing and Cauliflower Cheese. These houses act as a support network to any new starters; ensuring everyone is supported not only by their working teams, but also by staff from different departments, different agencies and different levels of seniority. Houses help to promote inclusivity within the network and provide every member of staff with a support network full of diversity.
