ENSEK are a service company which specialise in the energy sector. Their end to end platform allows new companies to enter the energy industry, as well as support existing suppliers with improvements to their technology road map.

ENSEK has now been in business for over ten years. The founders developed a data reconciliation engine that allowed energy suppliers the chance to recover lost revenue and assure that future revenue would not be lost.

Following tremendous growth and after bringing dozens of new energy suppliers to the market, the company pivoted to build out an end-to-end platform that would allow energy suppliers to quote, sign-up, collect, bill and serve customers in real-time. This enables suppliers to move away from legacy systems and compete with the increasing number of agile independent suppliers.

The organisation understands the importance of showing gratitude for the continued efforts that employees put in each day. To do this, the organisation created an annual awards ceremony. The engagement committee runs a peer nominated annual award that recognises individuals and teams within the organisation. Award topics include 'Cheerleader', 'One to Watch', 'Know it All', and 'Team of the Year.' These awards are presented as winners and runners-up at the Christmas party, with an engraved trophy for each winner.

ENSEK have Introduced Mental Health First Aiders. These people have introduced a greater awareness of mental health within the workplace as well as running drop in and meditation sessions.

ENSEK ensure that all new starters have minimal paperwork time and keep this to less than 10 minutes on the first day. New starters will be introduced to everyone, from the Senior Leadership Team to Apprentices.
