To support professional development The Skills Network encourages colleagues to take up a level 2 qualification in their relevant field.
On top of this, all managers are encouraged to take part in the internal management development programme, Manager's toolkit. This is a programme made up of 7 sessions: difficult conversations, absence management, behaviour management, conflict management, recruitment, performance management, onboarding and induction. It is an interactive lunch and learn programme which encourages managers to share best practice and learn from one another.
