15below are a travel technology software provider working with a global customer base of airlines, train companies and travel management companies to create systems and workflows to manage day-to-day travel services.

They aim to make travel stress-free through the application of automation and technology to connect travellers and their travel companies at all points of their journey.

With a UK office in Brighton and international offices in Vilnius, Lithuania and Sydney, Australia, the company’s clients include Lufthansa, flybe, Thomas Cook, Ryanair, Qantas and many more.

The leadership team at 15below work hard to communicate their vision and values to the team throughout the entirety of an employee’s time with the company, and ensure they give updates about progress against their five-year business plan at all quarterly company meetings.
