About Prime People

Prime People are a specialist recruitment consultancy working for the property, energy and analytics industries globally.

Trading since 1986, the company now has offices in London, Manchester, Hong Kong, Dubai, Johannesburg and Singapore. The group has several hundred staff under Executive Chairman Robert Macdonald and Managing Director Peter Moore.

The group’s current recruitment operations focus on the Real Estate and Built Environment, Energy and Environmental, Insight and Analytics, and the Pharmaceutical sectors.

In June 2004, they moved to AiM after being on the main London market since 1995. The company was the subject of a reverse takeover by Macdonald and Company Group Ltd in 2006.

On top of competitive salaries, Prime People keep their staff sweet with non-financial rewards, with the 2018 annual conference to be held in Chamonix, offering two days of skiing and snowboarding plus a paid hotel stay, flights and fun après ski parties – as well as taking care of business.
