Exeter College offers a wide range of courses: students can choose those that reflect their individual ability, aspiration and interests. The college continues to serve the city of Exeter but over 60% of their 16-18 learners come from across Devon and the South West.
Their goal is to shape the future of education by delivering excellence in all aspects of their work, in order to realise the ambitions of their learners, city and region.
The college recently introduced long service badges to celebrate long-serving members of staff, with badges for seven, 14, 21, 28 and 35 years of service. These badges are awarded at the annual end-of-academic-year staff awards. Staff wear these badges with pride on their college lanyards. In addition, members of staff who reach 40 years’ service are taken to a celebratory lunch by the principal and vice principal, and awarded a long service certificate.
