while the firm is led by Sean Cummings, an early recruit. The 69 employees say profit is not the only driving force (83%). They feel they can make a difference in the firm (87%) and are excited about where it is going (87%)—both top 20 scores. Staff find Cummings inspiring (89%) and believe he runs the company on sound principles and strong values (both 88%).

Staff have a strong sense of family in their teams (86%), care for colleagues (91%) and feel the experience they gain is valuable for their future (88%), with support for gaining qualifications from a £30,000 training budget. They also feel their health doesn’t suffer because of work (89%), love their jobs (88%) and are proud to work for Keltie (91%).
