Aspire comprise of three businesses: Aspire Housing, PM Training and the Realise charity. Together they blend commercial expertise with social purpose and revitalise communities by providing homes, training, employment and support.

The wellbeing of all employees at Aspire is of vital importance, which is why they run an annual health and wellbeing month where they organise a wide range of activities that all employees can choose to participate in. Previous years have provided a wide selection of options, including massage, yoga, flu vaccinations, health checks (BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol etc.), financial education, mental health awareness training and walks.
Aspire also have an Employee Assistance Programme that provides online and face-to-face wellbeing support. For front-line employees, the organisation provides a counselling/supervision service to enable them to discuss confidentially any difficult issues they have encountered through the course of their work.
Yammer is used internally to encourage collaboration between people in different departments who may not regularly come into face-to-face contact on a regular basis. As well as business related communications, they also encourage colleagues to use Yammer to share more personal types of communication, such as social events and personal achievements.
