Working across 10 sites, Saha aim to meet the ‘whole’ needs of individuals, encompassing their physical, mental, moral and spiritual requirements.
The values of the organisation have been agreed with residents, staff and stakeholders and centre around the acronym SPIRE: Servant leadership, passion, inclusion, respect and effectiveness.
Saha adopt an advantaged thinking approach that focuses on people’s talents and future potential, rather than past problems. This applies to both their staff and customers.
Chief Executive Nigel Parrington makes himself accessible to all staff and periodically attends team meetings and visits teams across the country. He organises focus groups of staff on subject-specific matters, enabling staff to have a voice at the top of the table.
