The Crown Estate operate a performance management scheme which annually bonuses to recognise people's contribution to the business. Customer Star nominations are given bi-monthly to the Customer Champions group and award £50 to people working in the business who have shown exceptional customer service. The Crown Estate do have a culture of recognising people's contribution to the business at the point of delivery. Some managers periodically give gifts to their team members which they fund themselves or make sure that when good feedback is received about a member of their team that this is made known to the employee.
The Crown Estate have a Reward package called MyReward which encompasses salary, bonus, perfomance management, pensions and benefits. This is an important element of their strategy for success.
