Scores of 79% and 63% rank it seventh and third respectively among small organisations. Staff are happy with the balance between work and home life (79%, fourth) and feel paid fairly for their responsibilities (65%). There are opportunities to learn and grow (64%) for staff, more than 40% of whom earn more than £55,000.
