Educ8 understand the importance of recognising and rewarding the continued hard work that their employees do. Each month employees have the opportunity to nominate a colleague to receive the monthly 'Gr8 Award'. Nominations and supporting statements are reviewed and voted by employees to select a winner. Winners receive a £75.00 high street shopping voucher and entered into the 'Annual Gr8 Award'.
Employees and managers are asked to submit a statement to explain how the employee has displayed activities in the following areas: Values; Teamwork; Going that extra mile; Customer Services; Commitment; Flexibility; and Commitment to Personal Development. The Directors carry out a scoring exercise to determine the winner who will receive a £500 voucher and a trophy at the annual Christmas function.
