About Blue Latitude Health

Blue Latitude Health (BLH) is a global creative marketing consultancy, made for modern healthcare. They combine the commercial focus of a consultancy with the creativity of an agency to deliver sharper marketing. They have worked with the world's leading pharmaceutical brands in over 35 countries, helping to change beliefs and behaviours in healthcare.

BLH offer each employee £1,000 per year as their own personal development budget. This can be used to attend events, courses, training or help gain additional qualifications over and above the group training they offer at BLH. Aiding this, the business have formal bi-annual development meetings but employees can meet with their development manager as often as they like.

BLH believe in a collaborative, supportive and grown up culture that allows employees the flexibility they need to balance their work / life. As such, they are firm believers in flexible hours. For employees, they know that it is important to have a work life balance and that they have personal responsibilities such as childcare and the occasional appointment to work around. They have also recently trained employees on mental health first aid in the workplace.
