Based in Buckinghamshire, the firm works globally with a wide range of organisations, teams and individuals to reach their potential and build sustainable competitive advantage.

The journey began when British swimmer Adrian Moorhouse lined up for the final of the 100 metres breaststroke at the Olympic Games. He was in lane four - an advantage set aside for the fastest heat winner.

Adrian came home with gold and the perfect name for the business he would co-found just a few years later with leading performance psychologist Professor Graham Jones and business executive Adrian Hutchinson.

Now with over 100 employees and over 200 people in their associate network, Lane4 helps organisations develop the people skills necessary to become winning organisations in their marketplace through stretching and supportive performance development.

What is it like to work for Lane4 Management Group

Managing Director Adrian Moorhouse embodies the brand’s values and Olympic heritage, inspiring those around him on a day-to-day basis. Adrian is regularly present in the Lane4 office, when he is not consulting with clients.

My Team
To celebrate an office move in 2018, Lane4 organised a walk from their old location to the new, which was 6.5 miles. This is carried out as a tradition, which sees members of the team meet early at the old location and enjoy breakfast together before setting off. The end was marked with a celebration.

Three times a year, Lane4 hosts an off-site event to focus on company vision, mission and values, as well as reviewing quarterly goals and other shared learning activities. They have TV screens installed in the office to continually share messages with clients.
