“This year like almost all organisations, we have been tested by Covid-19. Our work in educating young people, many of whom are vulnerable; has meant that we have had to make fundamental changes to all aspects of our company in order to continue our important work. To support our remarkable people who have remained committed and focused on delivering the care required by our students, MPCT’s Human Resources Team together with the Leadership Teams; have worked tirelessly to ensure that every member of MPCT has received outstanding leadership. This leadership has been demonstrated through a vast array of initiatives which have engaged and motivated our people through these challenging times. This is also MPCT’s 21st year of operation and it is therefore particularly poignant that we have been recognised as “extraordinary” in workplace engagement. It is an excellent recognition for the whole team at MPCT, and is profoundly appreciated. Not only do we feel proud to have achieved the highest category from Best Companies, it will reinforce our ambition to be an outstanding organisation; where MPCT people feel that they are making a difference and that they are respected for making MPCT the organisation it has become today” - Huw Lewis MBE, CEO
