ANS are one of the UK's leading digital and cloud experts. They help the UK's pioneering commercial and public sector organisations bring their digital ambitions to life.

The leadership team believe in a collaborative approach to every day and business activity. They are one big team working towards the same goals and have recently launched the big six goals of the year - these are business objectives which all employees work towards together. These are presented at quarterly, all staff meetings and each quarter they measure the progress of these goals.

ANS recognise how important it is to ensure employees know they can voice their opinions. They continuously seek feedback so they can work together to build an engaged workplace.

To encourage and acknowledge development, ANS hold regular competitions, awarding bonus incentives for those who pass exams.

ANS has been committed to reducing its carbon footprint for over a decade. When they start, all employees take an online environmental training course to increase their awareness of the organisations environmental efforts. ANS is accredited to ISO 14001: 2015.
