Adaptavist is a 'Platinum Partner' to Atlassian, a company whose tools are used all over the world by millions of software developers. They offer professional and managed services to Atlassian's clients as well as building apps that help development teams all over the world to do amazing work.

They promote a culture built on respect: employees are given a lot of flexibility, autonomy and freedom to go about their work the best way they see fit. In turn, Adaptavist feel this empowers its teams to do great work. People treat each other well and are passionate about making it a great place to work.

Every year, Adaptavist have an annual conference whereby they bring the whole company together to its London HQ. This is a week of fun and collaboration across the business. A week of socialising, great food and a great opportunity to see colleagues from other parts of the business. They fly the entire team in the US, Canada, Malaysia, Estonia and Spain to the UK.

In seeking to enhance the wellbeing of employees, Adaptavist offers employees an unlimited annual leave allowance. They aim to build a team of intrinsically motivated individuals who are able to take ownership and responsibility for their own delivery. The unlimited annual leave allowance allows each employee to take the time off they need to ensure appropriate rest and recuperation to prevent burnout.

Personal life is taken very seriously. Those employees who need a little extra help can benefit from a free employee assistance programme.
