About Amido

Amido are an independent technical consultancy, specialising in implementing cloud-first solutions. They help clients build flexibility for the future, resilience at scale and differentiation of customer experience.

Their vision is to be the go-to partner for cloud-first design and transformation and feel they are unique in their approach to solving business problems through the smarter use of technology.

The three core values at Amido: People-first, Pragmatic, and Agnostic are embedded right from the beginning of an employees journey with the company. As a technology consultancy, technical skills are really important but more importantly, is that they hire the right people culturally. They want people to share their passion for the business, understand and be aligned to their mission and vision.

The leadership team consistently demonstrate their commitment to the three values at Amido. This starts with their CEO's drive and ambition for a truly 'people-first' culture.

Amido have a wellbeing committee which includes eight trained mental health first aiders, who are displayed on posters in the office and on their Trello board. They have the tools to spot the first signs of mental ill health and the knowledge and confidence to help people in times of distress.
