The intention of this initiative is to deliver a greater understanding of health and wellbeing across the firm, with a particular focus on mental health initially. In December they will be holding panel sessions to generate interest and discussion on health and wellbeing. Sessions will be held in London and Reading with the panel comprising of two BDB Pitmans partners and three external speakers that have a background in health and wellbeing. There are a limited number of spaces for employees to attend the panel discussions but the events be filmed and made available to view afterwards.
