About BigChange

Launched in 2013, BigChange is on a mission to help companies with mobile workforces become more successful. Through its cloud-based platform, BigChange makes simple apps available to organisations of all sizes, eliminating paperwork, automating manual processes and boosting customer service.

BigChange technology is currently used by over 1,000 organisations and 20,000 mobile workers worldwide.

The tone and culture at BigChange is very much set by their founder and CEO, who has put a very strong emphasis on 'leadership by example'. They have employed senior managers who have a strong cultural fit with the business; i.e. people who can walk the walk and not just talk the talk.

BigChange supports employees from the moment they join the business, maximising their chances of achieving high performance and personal satisfaction and wellbeing. All new starters join 'The BigChange University', an intensive two week onboarding programme, to ensure deep familiarisation on the business, its systems, its processes, its values and its people. It ensures people are not thrown in at the deep end, giving them the confidence to start their new roles successfully.

BigChange supports employees with non-work related employee development, by providing regular externally led soft-skills training. These sessions provide essential life skills which build the skills and knowledge of BigChange people, with topics covering everything from communication skills, negotiation and dealing with conflict. These skills are invaluable both in and out of the workplace.

BigChange is a completely paperless organisation, and this is saving tens of thousands of pieces of paper every year, as well as the environmental footprint associated with the production and delivery of printing inks.
