Blue Arrow Limited is a UK based employment and recruitment agency that places individual jobseekers in temporary and/or permanent catering, driving, industrial and office roles across the hospitality, manufacturing, public service, retail, support services and transport sectors.

VIP winners are also considered for a place on the annual 'Gold Winner's Trip' where they, along with outstanding performers from across the business, are taken on an all-expenses paid 5* 4-day trip abroad. A recent trip took 40 employees to Las Vegas where they enjoyed many once in a life time experiences, topped and tailed with indulgent fine-dining.

Working in an industry as fast paced as recruitment, Blue Arrow actively encourages employees to make the most of their down time. From providing advice guides on how to a have a work-free holiday, to providing a central out-of-hours service for all employees so that once they leave the office, they can divert their phones to their central team to ensure their free time goes uninterrupted.
