About Bluestones Investment Group

Bluestones Investment Group is a recruitment group of companies that specialises in the human capital sector. Whilst the majority of the organisation is made up of recruitment agencies, the group also includes other companies that either provide manpower services, training, funding or other services to recruitment agencies both inside and outside the group.

Underlying every investment are the people that work for the businesses, both in the new joint ventures and in the central support functions. The group invests in people and supports them as they grow with the business, providing training and development, and defined yet open career paths for all its employees.

One of the most effective ways in which the organisation rewards employees for their efforts is through the group's annual awards ceremony and international team holiday.

Every year, the entire group gets together for a black-tie event at a regional location where the successes of the year and performance of individuals, teams and entire companies are recognised. Award winners are invited to attend an expenses-paid international trip the following year. In recent years, award winners have been taken to Las Vegas, New York, Ibiza and Dubai.

Bluestones encourage employees to get involved and to give something back to their local communities. All employees are permitted a day each year to volunteer for a charity of their choice.
