BCS LLP operates a Staff Bonus Scheme. Essentially, if the Firm hits its financial target then each member of staff receives a share of those profits. This demonstrates to their people that they truly believe that they play a part in the success of BCS LLP and if they are to action those beliefs then they should be rewarded for the success of the firm as a whole. Employees are eligible to join the Scheme the moment that they join the Firm and should a bonus be payable, receive a pro-rated payment to reflect their contribution.
