About Brightstar Financial

Brightstar Financial are a financial distributor who specialise in residential mortgages and later life lending.

The organisation began in a 'broom cupboard' office by their three founding directors and has since evolved into one of the best in it's sector in the UK. Brightstar now employ over 50 employees across three locations in the UK. It is a business built on strong core values and that prides itself on being a family unit which works cohesively and wins together.

At the core of the business is Brightstar's commitment to employees. As such, they aim to create the most supportive and inclusive environment for everyone to thrive in. They know that their employees are their most valuable asset and they respect and value them for their individuality and their interests, whilst ensuring that they support all team members at every step of their professional and personal journey.

To support employees mental health at work, Brightstar provide a full wellbeing programme which supports and enhances employees wellbeing. Part of this programme recently has included a 'Mental Health Awareness Day'. Brightstar have also hired the professional services of a massage therapist who offers at the desk neck and shoulder massages.

Senior managers have quarterly review meetings with the CEO as well as a Professional Development Review with the CEO on an annual basis. Senior managers also have 360 reviews conducted by other senior managers and also from managers whom they line manage.

Any Brightstar whom has completed 5 years of continuous service becomes a 'Brightstar Partner'.
