About Buzzworks Holdings

Established over 40 years ago, Buzzworks Holdings are a hospitality group with an award-winning portfolio of bars and restaurants across Ayrshire, Scotland.

Buzzworks core aim hasn't changed since they opened their first venue, to make people feel great through exceptional hospitality, making visitors return to their venues time and time again.

The organisation aims to be a world class hospitality business with more than £50 million revenue by 2025, and be the 'best place to work in hospitality in the UK.' Buzzworks Holdings are already well on track to achieve the £50 million revenue target before 2025.

The business builds a culture around their core values that include; Growing Forward Together, Flair with Care and Value every Voice.

Employee recognition is particularly important to Buzzworks. All employees receive Birthday vouchers on their birthday regardless of whether they are full or part time. The organisation is also keen to celebrate the employee of the year per which is recognised at their legendary 'Buzzworks Ball' each year. The venue of the year receives a prize of £500 and for team effort there is £35 per head allocated for a buddy team day out twice a year.
