Cardiff University Students' Union (CUSU) has a vision of working with every Cardiff student to enhance their university experience.
As a student-led, independent part of the university, CUSU represents students and provides a diverse and inclusive range of activities and services that enrich student life.
The organisation and it's people regularly have the freedom and ability to try new things. They are a fun and vibrant place to work, where you can work across incredible diverse areas from running 4000 capacity events, to an advice service, a letting agency, volunteering projects and many other areas. Movement within the company is encouraged and they strongly value capability over technical experience where possible.
To ensure the union continues to evolve and progress, the organisation has created a staff representatives committee, weekly all staff meetings, ideas boxes, regular team meetings and three annual staff development days.
