Managerial development and support is encouraged through continuous professional development and through the leadership and management programme. A development programme is put in place that can include NVQ’s and any management qualifications deemed appropriate by the employee and their line manager. In addition managers have the opportunity to undertake secondments or placements with other organisations to help with personal and professional development.

It continuously improves internal communications and has both the capacity and capability to allow its employees to be involved in delivery developments.
