Catalyst own, manage and maintain over 32,000 homes across social rent, shared ownership and leased tenures, with over 65,000 customers. Some of their customers require additional support to help them live independently and the organisation are able to provide this through supported housing service.
As a registered charity, Catalyst are mindful to seek and provide value for money in all activities, including their development arm which builds homes to sell on the open market. The profits from these sales are ploughed back in to their core business of social housing.

The organisation understands the importance of supporting their employees physical and mental wellbeing. Catalyst have created an Employee Assistance Programme for all employees and their families. This provides 24/7 support with any home or work related stress. Regular workshops with regards to resilience and coping with change are also provided, which provides a focus on mental health wellbeing in the workplace.
