About Charlton Morris

Charlton Morris are an executive search firm, specialising in the medical devices, life science and industrial sectors.

They place candidates globally and each consultant works in a niche sector, allowing them to become a true specialist in their market. Charlton Morris pride themselves on the long term relationships that they build with clients and the consultative service they provide.

They employed nine employees when they established, a few years ago but due to rapid growth, they now employ over 70 employees in offices both in New York and Copenhagen. They also plan to open an office in Australia in the near future.

The business is run on four core principles; Collaborative, Dedicated, Respectful, Pioneering. These four principles are at the heart of everything that they do.

Communication and interaction is essential to their success as a business and something that is reflected in one of their four values; 'collaboration'. They use 'slack' as the main method of communication, with various channels set up for various purposes, encouraging employees to interact across the company and to encourage cross departmental friendships.

Personal Growth
Personal Growth
The six month introductory period is built around helping a graduate transition from a university-leaver to a professional with Charlton Morris. The training course is also gradual and progressive in terms of technicality, allowing them to grasp each stage effectively. In addition, a two week course is then put in place after the initial training. This is designed to advance all the skills learned, as well as going into personal perception and encouraging trainees to develop some personal and professional goals for the upcoming year.
