Founded over 60 years ago, Childrensalon is one of the world's leading online destinations for luxury designer childrenswear.

Childrensalon's most effective reward for employee effort has always been fast progression within the company. The organisation recently initiated a programme allowing training for people in one area to train in other areas, for example if someone in the picking and packing team wanted to learn to be a graphic designer, Childrensalon will sponsor their training and help them grow within the organisation.
