Circadian Trust inspire active lifestyles in local communities via their five leisure centres and services offered. They serve all ages and all demographics.
The organisation operates under a "One Team" ethos. In January, each year they hold an awards night, celebrating the success of individuals and teams across a broad range of categories relating to their company values. This is followed by a training and development day for the whole management team, at the start of the new financial year, focusing on a key element of their business strategy and communicating their vision for the year ahead.
Circadian Trust value the ideas of their team members enormously and are fortunate to be a small enough organisation for the directors and managers to be visible and accessible within the business.
The process of embedding a culture of feedback and their 'One Team' ethos begins on day one when new employees are inducted into the organisation, presented with the 'Circadian Staff Charter' and are told about their 3, 6 and 12 month reviews where they share ideas on how their role is progressing and any improvements that can be made.
