About Claims Consortium Group UK Ltd

Ever since their inception over 20 years ago, Claims Consortium Group have had the drive to provide a better, more transparent and fairer way to handle a property insurance claim. There has been a lot of change in the industry and they have evolved with it, providing innovative technologies and practices to change the journey of a claim and improving the customer experience.

The group's mission is to provide a market leading validation and fulfilment service dedicated to the provision of outstanding customer service satisfaction, quality repairs and controlled indemnity spend.

Their employee of the month programme is linked directly back to the company values: "We lead the way, We love what we do, We care for our people, and We do the right thing". The individuals that win are then invited to take part in a fun packed team building away day.

Claims Consortium Group have been accredited by ISO14001 for 9 consecutive years and recently launched a sustainability team to look at all aspects of how they manage all waste and resources that have an environmental impact. The sustainability team is a committee comprised of staff from all over the business. All employees are also actively encouraged to share ideas they may have with regards to other long and short term environmental and facilities aspects.

Team leaders are coached in how to spot stress and assist team members. They have undertaken Mental Health awareness training and the HR team has trained personnel to counsel and advise people with specific symptoms of home life or work life stress.
