About ConSol Partners

Established in 2007, ConSol Partners provides permanent and sub-contract staffing solutions to organisations at the next generation of the internet supply chain.

The company aims to fulfil clients’ hiring needs and help to lessen the burden of unemployment by placing optimum job-seeking candidates in roles at client organisations.

Their vision is to be recognised as the global leader for innovative and collaborative recruitment solutions within the technology domains of communications, cloud and digital.

The company and its employees follow five core values: innovation, collaboration, domain expertise, accountability and professional delivery. Staff, management and leadership are asked to adhere to these values in everything they do.

ConSol Partners is led by CEO Graeme Hubert, who sits out in the open plan office and aims to goes out socially with all staff, be it to the gym, for a drink or to other events.

Lunch and Learn sessions are run not just by the in-house formal trainers, but by anybody who has had success with a particular client, initiative, campaign or activity - they are invited to run a short, ten-minute overview session for the rest of the business to promote best practice.
