About Content and Code

Established in 2013, Content and Code provide professional services, ongoing support and adoption services to enterprise clients across all sectors, with noteworthy clients including easyJet, Canon and Vodafone.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, the company aims to change the way the world works through digital technology.

Content and Code ask their team to follow the company's 3 values: to earn learn and have fun, to be the best technology company in the UK and to ensure clients receive measurable benefits from their Microsoft investment.

There are plenty of examples of engaging practices for employees. For instance, staff and management stay in touch using Yammer, an online collaboration tool, while the company also organises weekly presentations to all staff, quarterly parties and team away days.

CEO Tim Wallis is very approachable, and sits with everyone else in the main office. He is considered very easy to talk to and encourages employees to be innovative.

Managers are regularly put through coaching and mentoring sessions to ensure standards are kept high. What’s more promotions are hired internally where possible to encourage employees to learn and develop within the company.

To ensure the wellbeing of employees, Content and Code hire a massage therapist to come into the office every three weeks. Team members are also encouraged to talk to their line managers, who make sure they have regular one-to-ones with their team members.
