Digital Cinema Media (DCM) is the market leader in UK cinema advertising, providing almost 3,500 screens at over 500 sites for advertisers. DCM sells 83% of the cinema advertising market through exhibitors including well known and leading independent cinemas.
In 2012, DCM became the first UK cinema advertising company and one of the few companies across the world, to become a pioneering, fully digital operation which has changed the face of the industry and led to them being one of the fastest growing mediums in the UK.
Employees at DCM are asked to follow four core principles: Brave; Expert; Spirited; and Thoughtful. Their proposition is that they are 'Always Looking Forward' while these principles enable employees to 'Be The B.E.S.T'.
DMC recognise individuals who have truly reflected their company values and been the B.E.S.T every month. All employees are encouraged to nominate colleagues and the winner is given a £100 voucher reward.
At the end of each year they also reward a 'Best Employee' (prize of £1,000), 'Best Newcomer' (prize of £500) and 'Best Team' (prize of £1,000) at their Q4 company update, with each of the winners again being put forward by their colleagues.
