Duckworth are the oldest Land Rover retailer and the newest Jaguar retailer in Lincolnshire. The business was founded by James Duckworth at the start of the 60's as a village garage specialising in Land Rovers. James' son, Martin Duckworth, joined the business directly from school and continued in the business until his son, Ben Duckworth took over in the early 2000's as MD.
The business has grown significantly and now operates from three sites in Lincolnshire and holds the Jaguar, Land Rover and Isuzu franchises.
Their vision is to be one of the finest motor retailers, maintaining their reputation of excellent customer service as one of the few family owned retailers, whilst engaging and developing skilled and enthusiastic employees across all brands.
The retailer employees well over 100 people, and the wellbeing of all team members is of paramount importance. Duckworth have appointed wellbeing champions at each site to promote physical activity, and have introduced monthly one to one reviews for majority of employees with their managers to give opportunity to discuss any issues including stress.
